By accessing or using RWA Regulatory Intelligence (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1 Permitted Use

The Platform may be used solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may use the Platform to:

• Research regulatory requirements applicable to Real World Asset (RWA) tokenisation structures;
• Compare regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions;
• Generate and export informational regulatory summaries for internal or professional use;
• Share views and analyses with colleagues via shareable URLs.

2.2 Prohibited Use

You must not use the Platform to:

• Reproduce, resell, or sublicense Platform content without prior written consent;
• Use automated scraping tools or bots to extract data;
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or tier restrictions;
• Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, or disruptive content;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

The information provided on this Platform is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, investment, or professional advice of any kind.

All regulatory analysis uses "assess whether" and "likely to trigger" language to reflect the inherently interpretive nature of regulatory compliance. The Platform:

• Does not provide a definitive determination of whether any activity is lawful;
• Does not account for individual circumstances, business models, or factual nuances;
• Does not replace the advice of qualified legal, regulatory, or compliance professionals;
• Expressly excludes Russia and Belarus from its coverage.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, data, graphics, the regulatory database, the Structure Wizard logic, and the user interface, is the intellectual property of RWA Regulatory Intelligence or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, database right, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for the permitted purposes described in Section 2.1. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Platform content at scale;
• Use Platform data to train machine learning or AI models without prior written consent;
• Commercialise or redistribute Platform output.

PDF exports generated by the Platform are licensed for internal professional use and client communication only. They may not be commercially republished or resold.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied;
• RWA Regulatory Intelligence makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose;
• RWA Regulatory Intelligence shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, information from the Platform;
• RWA Regulatory Intelligence shall not be liable for any regulatory fines, penalties, or legal costs incurred as a result of actions taken in reliance on Platform content.

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. Always consult qualified legal counsel before acting on any regulatory information.

6. Privacy
