Version 1.0 ยท Effective: 1 March 2026 ยท RWA Regulatory Intelligence
โ„น๏ธ Your privacy matters. This policy explains clearly what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We do not sell your personal data.

1. Who We Are

RWA Regulatory Intelligence ("we", "us", "our") operates the regulatory compliance platform at rwa-regulatory-intelligence.pages.dev. We are the data controller for personal data processed in connection with your use of the Platform.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Data You Provide

In Phase 1 of the Platform, we collect no personal data โ€” the Platform operates as a fully public, anonymous tool. When accounts are introduced in Phase 2, we will collect:

  • Email address (for account creation and communication);
  • Name (optional, as provided in your profile);
  • Authentication credentials (passwords stored as cryptographic hashes only);
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe โ€” we do not store card details directly).

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

  • Browser type, operating system, and device type;
  • IP address (anonymised where possible);
  • Pages visited, features used, and session duration;
  • Referrer URLs.

This data is used solely for analytics, security monitoring, and improving the Platform.

2.3 Preference Data (Local Storage)

The Platform stores preferences in your browser's local storage, including:

  • Cookie consent preference;
  • Session watchlist selections;
  • UI preferences (where applicable).

This data never leaves your device unless you are logged in with an account (Phase 2+).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use data we collect to:

  • Provide and improve the Platform and its features;
  • Respond to your enquiries and support requests;
  • Send important service notifications (account-related);
  • Send marketing communications where you have consented;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

4. Data Storage & Security

Platform data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including:

  • TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit;
  • Password hashing using industry-standard algorithms;
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only;
  • Regular security reviews.

No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach occurs that affects your rights, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

5. Data Sharing

We share personal data only with:

  • Service providers who assist us in operating the Platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), bound by data processing agreements;
  • Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

See our dedicated Cookie Policy for full details on how we use cookies and browser storage.

In summary: we use essential cookies for Platform operation and, with your consent, analytics cookies to improve our service.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate personal data;
  • Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten");
  • Restrict processing of your personal data;
  • Data portability โ€” receive your data in a machine-readable format;
  • Object to processing for marketing or legitimate interests;
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@rwa-regulatory-intelligence.pages.dev.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Account data is retained for the duration of your account and up to 12 months after deletion, for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated version number and effective date. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
