Cookie Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective: 1 March 2026 · RWA Regulatory Intelligence
ℹ️ Your preferences. Manage your cookie preferences at any time using the controls in the Manage Preferences section below.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They allow the website to remember information about your visit, such as your preferences and actions.

We also use browser local storage — a similar technology that allows us to store small amounts of data directly in your browser. Unlike cookies, local storage data is not sent to the server with every request.

2. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies and local storage to:

  • Remember your cookie consent preference so we don't ask again;
  • Store your session preferences (watchlist selections, UI state);
  • Understand how the Platform is used to improve it (analytics, with consent);
  • Ensure Platform security and prevent abuse.

3. Types of Cookies & Storage We Use

The following table lists all cookies and local storage items used by the Platform:

4. Browser Local Storage

The Platform primarily uses browser local storage rather than cookies. Local storage items are stored on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers in Phase 1.

You can clear local storage at any time through your browser settings. This will reset your preferences, including your cookie consent, and you will see the consent banner again on your next visit.

5. Third-Party Content

The Platform loads some resources from third-party services:

  • Google Fonts — for typography (Inter, Open Sans, Roboto Mono). Google may set performance cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare CDN — for serving JavaScript libraries (D3.js, TopoJSON). Cloudflare does not set tracking cookies via CDN requests.
  • jsDelivr CDN — used as fallback for map data. Similar to Cloudflare above.

We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or third-party retargeting cookies.

6. Managing Your Preferences

You can update your cookie preferences at any time:

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block all cookies or to be notified when a cookie is being set. However, blocking essential cookies may affect Platform functionality.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies or storage we use. Updated versions will be identified by a new version number and effective date.
